RYNO // 라이노 Tim is a beautiful person. He is an even better songwriter. This record is Tim at the height of his powers as a songsmith and should be considered in its entirety as the best record of 2020.

Favorite track is "All I Want For Me". I was there in the room the first time he performed it on acoustic. No doubt from the start, special. Careful how you handle this record. it's powerful. Favorite track: All I Want For Me.

Time Socket 02:39
Time Socket Time socket gonna keep me swift I listen close cuz the slur comes quick Lean in to see what I’m hearing A whisper from the corner of a dark room Light pockets shine to do me in I blink twice so I know it’s true But I don’t believe a second what I’m hearing A small voice in the electrical outlet Time socket Light pockets Time socket Light pockets Time socket gotta think this through I brace myself cuz one about to hit me soon I take the jolt like a bolt of lightning Sparks flew from me to you Light pockets my eyes are gonna twist What I’ve seen here will not be seen again And when I wake I wake up shaken My ear against the electrical outlet Time socket Light pockets Time socket Light pockets Time socket Light pockets Time socket Light pockets

It Was A Sign I threw a stone Into a lake It never hit The water top You were there When it stopped In mid air We got caught Ooo it was a sign Ooo it was a sign I took a walk To the store I made a stop Along the way Slow motion under lamp posts I start to sway One by one We made our way Ooo it was a sign Ooo it was a sign I brushed up Against a tree In the park I stop to think Just for a minute I notice The sunset Is boiling blood red Ooo it was a sign Ooo it was a sign That took us down I won’t be the one that gets hurt when you open up

Stumble 03:53
Stumble I don’t Want to go Out the way You expect me to go Try just to last Because I know I must last I won’t I won’t forget Who it was Make me open my own doors That shut right behind Me as I stumble I stumble on in There’s this place Place we go It is a place Of answers You know we’ll always get that seat Stone bench alone at day break I won’t Won’t forget Who it was Make me open my own doors That shut right behind Me as I stumble I stumble on in Me as I stumble I stumble on in I won’t I won’t forget Who it was Make me open my own doors That shut right behind Me as I stumble I stumble on in Me as I stumble I stumble on in Me as I stumble I stumble on in

Confidential 04:08
Confidential I took my eyes off of the prize and then I took a fall When I came to I found myself on the floor against the wall How did I take myself even further than ever before? When did I bring myself to this point of no return? Well I must return Kept confidential I wrote it down somewhere Hide out in the open I live behind a closed door I took the eyes off of me and redirect them at you What I saw that night what I saw that morning and in the afternoon How did I take myself even further than ever before? When did I bring myself to this point of no return? Well I must return Kept confidential I wrote it down somewhere I hide out in the open I live behind a closed door Kept confidential I wrote it down somewhere Hide out in the open I live behind a closed door

My Next Move 03:38
My Next Move Blood in my beer Smoke on my brow I knew you then Don’t know you now Still as a bird I’m cautious as an arrow The more I steady More I start to shake The more I bend Less I’m gonna break Only single person left Standing in my own way out Can’t wait For you I know now what I have to do Cut ties with you Make my next move My next move Took my time Never enough I ran around Then I let it run up Now I limp around the outside Of a candlelit glow What did I know? What could I say? I saw my truth Now I can’t look away Only single person left Standing in my own way out Can’t wait For you I know now what I have to do Cut ties with you Make my next move My next move My next move My next move My next move

Going Out 03:24
Going Out Bookmarks are blowing In the wind Lost my cool Getting easy on this afternoon Barstool Call my car Slur directions To the next bar From the backseat I say a few things Going out with my friends They put together this home I started early Held till noon With books and worry Take a walk through A crowded Central Park Don’t mind this rain How it falls Draws everyone out Finally have this Place to myself Going out with my friends They put together this home Going out with all my friends I don’t think I’ll make it out I don’t think I’ll make it out Going out with my friends They put together this home Going out with all my friends I don’t think I’ll make it out I don’t think I’ll make it out

Never Seen Again Look away For a minute You showed me a door I listen To the rain Fall all over me Bend My sight over But I’m not Setup like that But I move quick Any old way Never seen again No one noticed from the start Just here I went Roaming the backwoods of her heart A twist Around Parking lots Looking for gold and silver Gonna bury it For later You know It’s true Deep in the brush of her soul I don’t bother Leaving a sign to follow my footsteps back home Never seen again No one noticed from the start I was just here and I went Roaming the backwoods of her heart The backwoods I was never seen again No one noticed from the start I was just here I went Roaming the backwoods of her heart I was never seen again No one noticed from the start I was just here and I went Roaming the backwoods of her heart The backwoods of her heart The backwoods

Ride This Out I just found out myself That I couldn’t help But I held my own ground While I could When the news hit my head Felt like I should just leave At least for A little while I read about you in a book I’ve seen your writings on the wall I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out When you see me from the clouds Do I still look just like a fool? I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out I don’t know what’s worse What happened or how I’m getting used to all of this So quick Stand up in my chair Raise my fist’s to the sky I have to ask Is this the way you chose to do business? I read about you in a book I’ve seen your writings on the wall I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out When you see me from the clouds Do I still look just like a fool? I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out I read about you in a book I’ve seen your writings on the wall I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out When you see me from the clouds Do I still look just like a fool? I think I’m gonna ride I think I’m gonna ride this out

Working On Myself When I leave my house in the morning I look at every family photo I see I’m going out and feeling good Oh I wanna be with you Oh I gotta be with you I’m working on myself We both know that’s not true I’m lying to myself Again, again okay? When I make it back in the evening It’s just a candle lit flicker and me I’m staying in and playing safe Oh I wanna be with you Oh I gotta be with you I’m working on myself We both know that’s not true I’m lying to myself Again, again okay? I’m working on myself We both know that’s not true I’m lying to myself Again and again

about
